'q' is "letting the computer do the work for you. In the book there is a section that talks about how it is just easier to allow the computer to do the math and thinking for the user. This is an example of the 'computer' translating it for the user. Move the mouse below the line! 'w' is learning from experience. Sometimes people still want to click/touch something that says 'dont touch'. This is 'dont click' and if you don't click it then it remains a colorful snowflake. If it is clicked then an error pops up. 'e' is consistency.
