Outward Offset Polygon

200 points polygon targeting a given area,with n outward offsets, and convex decomposition of each of them by bayazit algorithm... circular frame bayazit decomposition sometimes doesn't work properly... outward offset fonction written from scratch... working only for exterior offset... so far... towards collision detection (and solving) of polygons with an offset... coming soon... i hope...
