Twk: Evolution Simulator with Death Wall

I added in a Death Wall that chases the creatures! If the creature's average X goes to the left of the wall, the creature dies. If the creatures are set to chase after the wall, they evolve to go exactly at the wall's speed. If the creatures are running from the wall, they end up going fast forwards like normal, but tend to have a more consistent speed. I also made constants for total time and node size.
