Sound Wave Visualizer

This is a very basic toy for playing with how sound waves interact in a medium. If you move your mouse at the speed of sound in the medium, you'll see how a shockwave forms before you. By shaking back and forth with some frequency, you can act as a speaker. Click 'manual' and then click around the screen to send out individual pulses. The slider changes the speed of sound. This runs fine on my computer, but lower sound velocities may cause lag on some systems...
