REFRACT is a generative web tool that allows users to create video loops and still images by importing their own pictures and applying fracturing and distortion effects.
Upload raster images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, support transparency). The maximum image size is 4,096 x 4,096 pixels. Use the sliders from the UI panel to control and change noise parameters individually for the X and Y dimensions to affect the image. The tool works best in the Chrome browser.
