Rune Recognition

Based off of OrbusVR's spell system, this teaches you certain runes by forcing you to cast them correctly to trigger. Big thanks to Simplify.js (http://mourner.github.io/simplify-js/). If you think you've got the hang of it, press "O"! Planning on adding a couple tests, e.g. how many you can cast of each in 10 seconds, how many tries it takes to get all of them etc.
